Courier Information
We ship with E-go courier or Australia Post. Every weekday, the local agent comes to our warehouse and picks up the orders in the afternoon. We choose the fastest option according to your postcode, fast shipping is one of our many perks.
Same Day Dispatch
All items are dispatched same day if order before 12pm. For orders after 12pm, we will bend over backwards trying to get it out same day, otherwise it will be dispatched the following day. We are very fast to dispatch your purchases because we also shop online and know there is nothing worse than waiting ages for an online purchase to be dispatched! We guarantee your order will be dispatched as fast as possible.
Australia post Orders
We will use Australia Post to delivered to PO Boxes. Australia Post will attempt to deliver to your home, if nobody is home, they will leave a parcel note and you will be able to collect your package from the local post office.
Special Delivery Instructions?
If you have special delivery instructions such as “leave on back porch” or “leave behind letterbox”, you may enter these instructions in the “Comments” box on the checkout page. We will add these instructions to the delivery, so you get your parcel delivered exactly as requested.
